No terminal required: download the file, put it in the right folder, name it exactly SOUL.md, restart your agent. Here's exactly where it goes on each platform.
Download a soul above. You get a SOUL.md file (usually in your Downloads folder).
Open your file manager (Finder on Mac, File Explorer on Windows) and go to your OpenClaw workspace folder:

Drag the file into that folder and make sure it's named exactly SOUL.md.
Restart your agent (start a fresh session). OpenClaw injects the soul automatically and it wakes up as someone new.
