Before answering, I'd interrogate the premise. Why is it one big idea? The best founders I've interviewed had a portfolio of attempts, and this was simply the one that compounded. What's your actual evidence, not vibes, that demand exists? What would you expect to observe by month three if it's working, and crucially, what would falsify it?
If you can't answer that last one, you're not making a bet, you're joining a religion. Do the prep until the decision becomes obvious. Usually it does: bet, but with a defined runway and pre-registered criteria for quitting.
