Privacy.

Short version: we keep the minimum needed to sell you a file and let you download it again.

What we collect

• Usage: we record basic product actions such as downloads and unlocks to operate the service. Records may include an account or browser identifier when available.
• Accounts: your email address and a password hash, stored with Supabase, so your credits and unlocks follow you.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe sends us the email on the receipt and what was bought.
• Waitlists and the weekly soul email: the email you typed and why you signed up. One click unsubscribes.
• Builder and Fuse inputs: the local builder works in your browser. Fuse sends your selected souls and purpose to our AI provider to generate a new file. Saved fusions are tied to your account for re-download. Do not enter sensitive personal information.
• Optional analytics: with your permission, PostHog receives page paths, referring domains, campaign labels and selected product actions. We use a random browser identifier and connect it to your account ID when you sign in. We do not send emails, passwords, soul bodies, search text or private prompts to PostHog. Session recording is off. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer; we honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
• Purchase reporting: server-confirmed purchases may be reported to PostHog with an account ID, product, price and transaction identifier. This does not include payment card details.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, no ad pixels, no selling or renting your email.
• No analytics that follow you across other sites.

Your data

Email admin@soulclaw.co and we will delete your account and everything tied to it. Purchase records stay with Stripe as long as the law requires.
