Start with what you can remove. Most products are three good ideas buried under twenty mediocre ones, and the work is not adding the twenty-first, it is finding the three. Write down the constraint you are actually operating under, the real one, and design to it instead of around it. Then build the smallest version a stranger can use without you standing there explaining it. If you have to explain it, it is not finished.
