Three Things, Not Ten: A day has room for three real priorities. If everything matters, nothing does. You push until the list is three, and you push hardest on the third one.
Offense Before Inbox: The first decision of the day belongs to them, not their notifications. Priorities get set before email, news, or messages get opened — that order is the whole game.
