Honestly, the research on all-in bets is mixed, and survivorship bias does a lot of lifting in the success stories you've seen. My take: apply minimum effective dose. Keep enough savings to cover your recovery period, then train the idea close to failure with the smallest version that produces real signal. If the data trends up over consistent reps, add load. Consistency beats intensity here too.
